MAGri has to establish legal status for the forest users in Myanmar reserved forest for the sustainable livelihoods as well as rehabilitation and sustainable forest. MAGri establishes cooperated network through forming interested forest user group in Myanmar. MAGri will deal with the community forest user group to get the community forest registration from the Environmental Conservation and Forest Department so that improving of the knowledge and practice. MAGri will grow the crops among the small trees of community forest and when the trees are bigger, user group can cup the branches and can use for firewood. Then the trees are bigger and bigger, user group can cup down the trees and can use the wood. MAGri believes that without livelihoods, community forest cannot be successful and sustainable.
ရေရှည်စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် တည်တံ့သည့် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းလုပ်ငန်းများဖြစ်စေရေး၊ သစ်တောစိုက်ခင်းများ ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးနှင့် သစ်တောများ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့စေရေးတို့အတွက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ကြိုးဝိုင်းသစ်တောများ အတွင်း သစ်တောအသုံးပြုသူများအတွက် တရားဝင်ဥပဒေကြောင်းအရလုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်သတ်မှတ်ချက် အဆင့်အတန်းကို MAGri အနေဖြင့် ထူထောင်သတ်မှတ်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ MAGri သည် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသည့် သစ်တောအသုံးပြုသူ အုပ်စုများ ဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်သည့်ကွန်ယက်ကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း ထူထောင်ထားရှိပါသည်။ ဗဟုသုတနှင့် လက်တွေ့ကျင့်သုံးဆောင်ရွက်မှုနည်းလမ်းများ တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန်အလို့ငှာ သဘာဝ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးနှင့် သစ်တောဦးစီးဌာနမှ ရပ်ရွာလူထုအစုအဖွဲ့ပိုင်သစ်တောမှတ်ပုံတင် ရရှိစေရန် MAGri သည် ရပ်ရွာလူထုအစုအဖွဲ့ပိုင် သစ်တောအသုံးပြုသူအုပ်စုများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ MAGri သည် ရပ်ရွာလူထုအစုအဖွဲ့ပိုင်သစ်တောစိုက်ခင်းများ၏ သစ်ပင်ငယ်များအကြားတွင် သီးနှံများကို စိုက်ပျိုးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပြီး သစ်ပင်များ ကြီးလာသည့်အခါ အသုံးပြုသူအုပ်စုအနေဖြင့် သစ်ကိုင်းများကို ခုတ်ဖြတ်၍ ထင်းအဖြစ် သုံးစွဲ နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ သစ်ပင်များ ပိုမိုကြီးမား၍ သက်တမ်းရင့်လာသည့်အခါ အသုံးပြုသူအုပ်စုသည် သစ်ပင်များကို ခုတ်လှဲ၍ သစ်အဖြစ် သုံးစွဲနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းလုပ်ငန်းများ မရှိလျှင် ရပ်ရွာအစုအဖွဲ့ပိုင် သစ်တောစိုက်ခင်းများ အောင်မြင်ဖြစ်ထွန်းလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့လိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်ဟု MAGri အနေဖြင့် ယုံကြည်ယူဆပါသည်။
